IT Infrastructure Team Lead

Our Investment Bank client is looking for a high calibre to join their regional IT infrastructure team as a Team Lead IT Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high availability and operational reliability of production environments.
• Plan, allocate, and manage IT infrastructure resources to deliver consistent and high-quality technical services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues, perform root cause analyses, and implement preventive measures across Windows Server 2016/2019, Linux, Citrix XenApps, HPE Simplivity, VMware ESX, SAN storage, and FPS systems.
• Support the rollout and enhancement of systems, upgrades, and infrastructure projects, including staff training when necessary.
• Assess and recommend new solutions, tools, and vendor products to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead vendor evaluation, negotiation, and selection processes for hardware, software, and services.
• Provide expert guidance on infrastructure challenges and manage incident and problem resolution effectively.
• Implement and monitor corrective actions in response to IT audit findings.
  

Requirements

• 5 years + experience in-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure operations and service delivery.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to collaborate across organizational levels.
• Strong communication, planning, and coordination skills.
• Highly results-driven, detail-oriented, and systematic.
• Team-oriented, able to work effectively across functions and disciplines.
• Good communication in Cantonese and English
